 Was called "Hidalgo incendiario" , the mexicano muralist Jose Clemente Orozco, was painted in the palacio de gobierno  Jalisco, in Guadalajara. has an area of 4000m, since year 1937. The mural depicts the struggle of hidalgo.

  1. I think this painting was for Mexicans a symbolic representation and something important to the nation by the character represented in the, concidero that was and still is a great work!!

  2. Seeing this picture reminds me of my ancestors fighting for our country and freedom, I feel happy and reminds me how important being Mexican!

  3. Is a painting very representative of our country, which can transmit the interest towards the history of Mexico. After seeing this blog I can say that the most representatives paintings of Mexico were made by Jose Clemente Orozco.

  4. thi painting was very simbolical for us the mexicans because it showed the struggle of the mexicans, and also the struggle of Hidalgo when he tryed to achieve the independence, it also shows the strenght and te courage to face the revolution of a country, for me its a very interesting painting.

  5. this painting is very important, because what I see is a fight for freedom and justice, which was not easy, but it is a great symbol for our country, it also represents strength and the desire to have a better country !!
